Myra Faruki is the founder of H-Town Aesthetics. She is a Physician Associate that has specialized in Aesthetic Dermatology Medicine since 2017. She began her Bachelors of Science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, while being part of the Dual Admission program for Osteopathic Medicine. Due to her having to move to Houston to join her husband, she then completed her Bachelors degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Myra always had a great passion for medicine, so she then decided to pursue a career in Physician Assistant Studies. While applying to the PA Master’s program she worked as an HIV Maternal Child Prenatal Clinic Coordinator at UTMB in Galveston.

There she worked meticulously with her pediatric infectious disease team to aide in preventing transmission of HIV to the babies of HIV positive pregnant mothers. From there she went on to complete the rigorous Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at UTMB Galveston. Once graduating as a PA, she was also introduced to motherhood simultaneously with being bestowed with her beautiful daughter. While maintaining what is most important to her which is family, she still wanted to pursue her passion of medicine. She was blessed to began her first job as a PA at a dermatology aesthetic clinic in the Galleria area of Houston.

With her love in combining aesthetics, medicine, and skincare she quickly became lead clinical trainer at her company. Although, she loved her current job she still wanted more and really wanted to build on her love for advanced injectables. That is what motivated her to create H-Town Aesthetics. A place she wanted for all people of every culture to feel at home to address any skincare goal and do it with the safest way while practicing medicine.
